What does the service include?
Checking the radiators, releasing trapped air through the existing working bleed valves, and checking the result where system operation permits.
When is a separate quote needed?
Replacing missing, seized or leaking bleed valves, parts, draining and refilling the system, and repairing other valve or circulation faults require a separate agreement. Gas appliance work is outside the scope of this service.

What kind of valve is needed?
We use the radiator’s purpose-made, accessible and working bleed valve. If there is no suitable valve or it is seized, we discuss the required solution separately.
Can you bleed radiators in district-heated or shared buildings?
Yes, if there is a usable bleed valve and the building or heating provider permits local bleeding. Draining or modifying the shared system must first be agreed with the building manager or operator.
